- "Client" refers to any individual or business entity engaging our services
- "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Wasata Group
- "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions together with any service engagement letter
- "Website" refers to our online presence at wasatiz
2. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not engage our services or use our website.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. If engaging services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
3. Service Description
Wasata Group provides commercial dispute resolution services including:
- Case assessment and strategic analysis
- Negotiation and settlement support
- Litigation and arbitration representation
Service scope, deliverables, and timelines will be detailed in a separate engagement letter for each matter. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services unless specifically modified in writing.
We reserve the right to decline representation in any matter at our discretion, including cases involving conflicts of interest or matters outside our practice areas.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging our services agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information relevant to their matter
- Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
- Maintain open communication regarding case developments
- Follow legal advice and strategic recommendations reasonably
- Pay agreed fees and expenses in accordance with payment terms
- Inform us of any changes affecting their matter
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Fees and Payment Terms
5.1 Service Fees
Our standard service fees are:
- Case Assessment and Strategy: 1,050 AED
- Negotiation and Settlement Support: 875 AED
- Litigation and Arbitration Representation: 6,600 AED
Fees are stated in UAE Dirhams and are subject to applicable taxes.
5.2 Additional Expenses
Clients are responsible for reimbursing:
- Court filing fees and tribunal costs
- Translation services for documents
- Expert witness fees and consultant charges
- Travel expenses when required for case proceedings
- Document production and copying costs
5.3 Payment Terms
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices exceeding 30 days.
5.4 Refund Policy
Fees for completed services are non-refundable. If you terminate representation before service completion, refunds will be calculated based on work completed at our standard rates.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and case details. This obligation extends beyond the termination of our representation.
Confidentiality exceptions include:
- Information required to be disclosed in court proceedings
- Disclosures necessary to comply with legal obligations
- Information shared with your written consent
- Communications with service providers bound by confidentiality
7. Professional Standards
We adhere to professional standards applicable to dispute resolution practice in the UAE. This includes:
- Maintaining competence in relevant legal areas
- Avoiding conflicts of interest
- Acting in clients' best interests within ethical boundaries
- Maintaining independence and objectivity
- Upholding integrity of dispute resolution processes
8. Disclaimers
8.1 No Outcome Guarantees
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes in any matter. Dispute resolution involves uncertainty, and results depend on many factors including evidence, legal interpretation, and procedural developments.
8.2 Strategic Advice
Our strategic recommendations are based on information available and our professional judgment. You retain ultimate decision-making authority regarding your matter.
8.3 Third-Party Actions
We are not responsible for actions or inactions of opposing parties, courts, arbitrators, or other third parties involved in your matter.
8.4 Website Information
Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute legal advice for specific situations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid for those specific services
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to follow advice or provide complete information
- Claims must be brought within one year of the circumstances giving rise to the claim
This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wasata Group from claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Inaccurate or incomplete information you provide
- Your failure to follow legal advice
11. Termination
11.1 Client Termination
You may terminate our representation at any time by providing written notice. You remain responsible for payment of fees for services completed and expenses incurred.
11.2 Our Termination
We may terminate representation if:
- Fees remain unpaid despite reasonable notice
- A conflict of interest develops
- You fail to cooperate or provide necessary information
- Continuing representation would violate professional standards
11.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in transition to new representation. Client files and documents will be returned upon payment of outstanding fees.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services will be resolved as follows:
12.1 Informal Resolution
Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.
12.2 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
12.3 Jurisdiction
Any legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Wasata Group and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Documents and work product created specifically for your matter become your property upon full payment of fees, but we retain copies for our records.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate website access for violations of these terms.

You may not assign or transfer rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights with reasonable notice to you.

16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Material changes will be communicated through our website or direct notification to clients. The "Last Updated" date indicates the most recent revision.
Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate representation subject to the termination provisions above.
